Role Overview

As a System Engineer – Cyber Security Services, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients’ cybersecurity services. You’ll work on core systems such as PKI, Vault, and vulnerability management tools to create secure, reliable environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Deployment: Build and maintain central cybersecurity services (PKI, HashiCorp Vault, vulnerability management).

• Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to determine functional and technical requirements.

• Infrastructure Setup: Configure and manage the infrastructure supporting security tools.

• User Support: Provide maintenance and end-user support.

• System Integration: Link security tools with reporting platforms and vulnerability scanners.

• Documentation: Develop clear documentation of concepts, procedures, and configurations.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT/Cyber Security, or related field.

• Experience: ≥2 years in cybersecurity and ≥1 year in system administration (ideally with security focus).

• Tech Skills:

  • Cryptographic principles and technologies

  • Linux environments

  • Web technologies (HTTP, REST APIs)

  • Authentication protocols: OAuth, OpenID (SSO)

  • PKI frameworks: X.509, PKCS#11, SCEP, EST

  • HashiCorp Vault

• Communication: Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus.
