Cloud Platform Team at Druva drives the backbone of everything SaaS-related. This team designs and develops features that cater to both Customer-facing needs and internal stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in evolving Druva's architecture, as the company scales further.
Key focus areas for the Platform Organization includes Druva Cloud Platform, Product-Led Growth (PLG), MSP Solutions, Ecosystem & Integrations, Licensing, Billing, and Revenue Systems.
By tackling these critical domains, the team ensures Druva’s platform remains robust, scalable, and ready for the future.
We are seeking a SDET with 3-5 years of experience with Python-Selenium automation to join our team. The candidate should have a solid understanding of foundational QA concepts and automation frameworks to test web applications.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of automation testing experience
- Hands on experience with Python-Selenium, pytest framework & Robot framework
- Working knowledge of Unix, dockers, CI/CD, SVN/Git etc.
- Expert at test automation, creating test plans for testing product modules
- Good knowledge of Unix, dockers, CI/CD, SVN/Git etc
- Good understanding of general manual and automation testing concepts and different types of testing methods
- Experience with various SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, Postgress RDS etc
- Should be able to quickly analyze failures and trace back to issues in the product or the automation suite
- Familiarity with Test Management systems like X-Ray
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to AWS cloud ecosystem will be plus
- Experienced in working with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Story break down, Story pointing etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to create feature test plans for medium to large size features.
- Design automation framework for automating feature tests. Propose changes or enhancements to the framework for enabling new feature tests.
- Understand existing automation frameworks, write new test-cases as per current framework and fix any broken automation
- Participate in test cases, test plan and code reviews
- Participate in bug triaging, tracking quality assurance metrics
- Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.

- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
