Role's Mission
We are seeking a Head of Cybersecurity who will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for Worldpanel by Numerator. This role demands a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to articulate and implement a plan that safeguards our digital assets against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy that aligns with Worldpanel by Numerator's goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across all product platforms (consumer data collection, data pipelines, storage, panel management, survey platforms, and client reporting).
- Incident Response: Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact.
- Compliance: Ensure consistency with cybersecurity regulations and standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and ISO 27001.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team, encouraging a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
- Third party management: responsible for managed security service provider (MSSP) and other security provider contracts.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other groups to incorporate cybersecurity measures across all areas of the organization's operations.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to improve cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
Key Capabilities
Your background will ideally look like this…
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in cybersecurity technologies and standard methodologies.
- Experience in a data, technology or market-research organization will be a plus.
