We’re looking for a proactive DevSecOps Engineer to help shape and grow the Security direction within our company. Your key mission will be to embed security into every stage of the development lifecycle and ensure it becomes an integral part of both engineering processes and the product itself.

You’ll be working closely with your future manager — Mykyta, Head of Infrastructure — and collaborating with the Infrastructure, Engineering, AQA, and Operations teams to build a reliable, secure, and scalable product.

What we'll you be in charge of:

• Implementing and maintaining security in our CI/CD pipelines (linters, scanners, custom jobs);
• Scanning infrastructure using SIEM tools and scanners (e.g., AWS Inspector);
• Building custom security scanners tailored to our product needs (e.g., a CVV scanner);
• Reviewing architecture for vulnerabilities, conducting fuzz testing, and auditing dependencies, versions, and configurations — always looking for areas to improve;
• Assisting with documenting and reviewing security incidents, and helping prevent vulnerabilities from reoccurring;
• Promoting a strong security culture within the engineering teams;
• Supporting audit processes and helping address identified vulnerabilities.

What you’ll need to join us:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevSecOps Engineer/DevOps Engineer/Security Engineer/SRE;
• A solid understanding of SDLC and CI/CD processes;
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and IAM;
• Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control);
• Initiative and a strong sense of ownership;
• A high level of self-discipline — security is all about consistency and systems thinking;
• The ability to learn quickly;
• Excellent communication skills to help teams understand that security is priority number one.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and experience working with SIEM systems;
• Experience with tools like Trivy, GitLab CI, and Terraform.
