We are looking for a seasoned and assertive Senior Product Manager to join our product team. As a core player, you'll focus on our cyber security offerings. Using market insights, data, customer feedback, and research, your role will center on understanding customer needs to shape and drive our product offerings forward. 

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the full product lifecycle with a focus on cybersecurity applications 
• Understand and map the cybersecurity landscape to identify trends, market needs, and competitive positioning 
• Lead both outbound and inbound product functions including market analysis, positioning, and stakeholder alignment 
• Own a key application within the company while leading a dedicated squad composed of engineering, research, and program functions 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into clear and actionable product features 
• Work closely with R&D teams using structured methodologies to accurately define and delegate product tasks 
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user needs, and strategic alignment 
• Act as the voice of the customer by understanding real-world problems and framing solutions from their perspective 
• Own communication across all product stakeholders, both internal and external 
• Contribute innovative product ideas, articulating what feature you would build and what problem it solves if challenged today 

Requirements

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a history of full ownership across product lifecycles 
• Strong background in cybersecurity products is required 
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with R&D teams and break down technical challenges into executable tasks 
• Experience managing both outbound and inbound product responsibilities 
• Profound technical knowledge in software and enterprise (B2B) products 
• Assertive and proactive with strong ownership and follow-through 
• Skilled in applying product development methodologies and tailoring them to team needs 
• Clear communicator in English with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities 
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to execution details 
• Comfortable taking initiative and proposing impactful solutions with customer value in mind
