Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE  Chargé de la Sécurité de l’information est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Afrique et Moyen-Orient FZE à Dubaï.

Missions et responsabilités :

Le Chargé de la Sécurité de l’information aura une solide compréhension des principes, des technologies et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité de l'information. Faisant partie de l’équipe de sûreté, le chargé de la Sécurité de l’information sera responsable de coordonner les équipes commerciales et techniques afin de garantir la conformité et d'améliorer la culture de sécurité.

Vous serez en charge des tâches et responsabilités suivantes:

• Maintenir et soutenir les systèmes de management de la sécurité de l'information (SMSI)

• Assurer la conformité aux lois, politiques, et réglementations

• Identifier et évaluer les risques, menaces, et vulnérabilités potentielles en matière de sécurité

• Développer et entretenir les relations entre les personnes clés localement et l'équipe de sécurité

• Coordonner et animer des campagnes de sensibilisation et promouvoir une culture de sécurité

• Travailler en collaboration avec les unités commerciales, les équipes informatiques et les autres parties 

• L'amélioration continue de la posture de sécurité de l'organisation

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : 

• Diplôme en sécurité de l'information, cybersécurité, informatique ou équivalent

• Expérience préalable en sécurité de l'information et en technologies de l'information

• Expérience préalable avec les outils et technologies de cybersécurité

• Bonne compréhension des principes et pratiques de sécurité de l'information

 

En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes

• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles

• Esprit d'équipe, style de travail collaboratif

• Compétences linguistiques – anglais courant (C1). La connaissance d'autres langues est un plus

Description of the job

Tasks & accountabilities

The Information Security Officer will have a strong understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices. Part of the Security team, the ISO will be responsible for coordinating with business and technical teams to ensure security compliance and improve the security culture. 

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

• Maintaining and supporting the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)

• Ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and regulations

• Identifying and assessing potential security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities

• Developing and maintaining the relationships between key players and the Security team

• Increasing security awareness and promoting a security culture

• Working closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders

• Continuously improving the security posture of the organization

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• A degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience in information security and information technology

• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies

• Strong understanding in information security principles and practices

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player, collaborative working style 

Language Skills: Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Knowledge of other languages, i.e. Arabic, is a plus
