Systems Engineer (MSP Background)
Tasks
- Act as primary technical lead for client onboarding and offboarding
- Collaborate with engineering operations and security teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Coordinate system upgrades deployments and integrations with vendors
- Develop technical documentation network diagrams configurations and standard operating procedures
- Implement networking server storage and cloud solutions
- Improve internal processes technical standards and best practices
- Install configure and optimize network hardware
- Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning through completion
- Manage server migrations office relocations network upgrades and cloud transitions
- Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members
- Troubleshoot critical incidents outages and security concerns
- Validate work completed by junior engineers
