Tasks
- Administer Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Azure IaaS, Entra, and Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with teams to support organizational standards
- Design scalable resilient and secure infrastructure solutions
- Develop and maintain automation processes for Windows and Linux servers
- Document operational procedures and system configurations
- Enhance IT service monitoring across cloud and on-premises environments
- Implement security controls for hybrid environments
- Lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives
- Manage patch deployment and lifecycle management
- Monitor performance metrics, capacity, and availability
- Provide operational support for Microsoft systems including after-hours support
- Support operational continuity during infrastructure changes
- Test, certify, and deploy Windows OS updates
