- Collect document and analyze system and network metrics
- Configure and repair systems software and hardware
- Coordinate with cyber security to install manage and update security tools
- Ensure STIG and SCAP compliance
- Install and deploy software and systems
- Maintain equipment and software inventory
- Maintain knowledge databases and SOPs and WOPs
- Manage Splunk forwarders
- Manage Tenable Security Center and Nessus agents
- Manage Trellix
- Manage physical and virtual server environments
- Manage printer setup and deployment
- Monitor system performance and resolve complex issues
- Perform software license tracking renewals and audits
- Perform systems maintenance and patching
- Provide system management with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Provide tier 2 3 systems support
- Provide tier 2 3 touch labor support
- Troubleshoot operating systems on servers
- Use RedHat Ansible for system management
- Validate security policy compliance
