Incident Response Assistants - NYU Florence
Tasks
- Attend weekly meetings with OSL staff
- Deliver front and back office support
- Handle student emergencies on call
- Liaise with Residence and Student Life Manager
- Maintain on call log each shift
- Notify healthcare and facilities staff of incidents
- Provide event and activity support
- Provide in person support to students
- Respond to student inquiries by email
- Serve as trip assistant
- Support check-in, orientation, and check-out
- Write incident reports using reporting system
