Agent, Critical Incident Response Team - Washington D.C.
Tasks
- Conduct facility and lobby patrols
- Coordinate incident response actions
- De escalate incidents involving employees vendors and guests
- Escalate issues per safety protocols
- Log case notes and event details in Jira
- Maintain first aid kit AED and emergency inventory
- Maintain incident reports and audit records
- Maintain situational updates for stakeholders
- Manage employee and guest badging
- Monitor and assess security alerts
- Participate in after action reviews
- Perform door camera and access point checks
- Support emergency response and crisis communication protocols
- Support events and executive protection
- Triage incidents and determine severity
