Tasks
- Collaborate with IT teams and managed service providers to resolve issues
- Enforce security policies and compliance requirements
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and operating systems
- Maintain CMMC L2 and ITAR compliance evidence for audits
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Maintain software compliance and licensing
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Participate in change control processes and SSP and POA M updates
- Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours support
- Provide end user training on hardware software and security best practices
- Support day to day IT operations for endpoints and infrastructure
- Support endpoint management patching and vulnerability remediation
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and general IT issues
