Manager, Customer Success APAC
Tasks
- Advocate cybersecurity trends and third party risk management practices
- Build scalable customer success playbooks for improving customer experience
- Define and track KPIs for retention expansion and health scores
- Lead high stakes customer meetings with executive presence
- Manage day to day guidance for Customer Success team
- Partner with Sales Product and Engineering to align customer needs
- Recruit onboard and coach Customer Success Managers
- Serve as escalation point for critical customer issues
