Administrative and Records Coordinator
Tasks
- Coordinate event logistics and programming details
- Create office procedures and correspondence
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports
- Identify data discrepancies and correct errors
- Maintain student and employer records in databases
- Prepare work integrated learning contracts and coordinate approvals
- Serve as first point of contact for student and employer inquiries

- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved matters
