Analyst, Technical Support - Hybrid
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online Teams and SharePoint OneDrive
- Assist with Microsoft 365 Intune Autopilot deployments and SaaS onboarding and offboarding
- Create runbooks and knowledge base articles
- Escalate incidents to internal teams and external vendors
- Handle escalated tickets with advanced root cause analysis
- Implement Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies
- Maintain CMDB and asset inventory
- Manage cloud identity in Entra ID including user and group lifecycle
- Perform Level 2 and Level 3 incident triage and remediation
- Provide remote support using RMM and remote control tools
- Record work in ITSM ticketing system for incidents requests and changes
- Review service health and analyze audit logs
- Support DNS DHCP VPN proxy and WiFi connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot Intune endpoint management and device compliance
