Business Resilience Specialist - Exercises & Validation (Remote)
Tasks
- Capture lessons learned and prepare after-action reports
- Design scenarios to validate plans and procedures
- Develop realistic, risk-aligned scenarios
- Execute multiple exercises with minimal oversight
- Manage and execute exercises end-to-end
- Partner on risk and resilience planning with related teams
- Plan, design, and deliver business continuity and crisis response exercises
- Support disaster recovery tests and conduct reporting
- Support incident team activations
- Support process improvement of resilience posture
- Track corrective actions and partner on remediation
