Tasks
- Administer and troubleshoot network devices
- Automate repetitive network tasks
- Collaborate with third-party vendors
- Maintain network documentation
- Manage changes using ITIL
- Manage incident management return to service
- Manage problem management reason for outage
- Meet customer SLA and OLA
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure
- Perform network configuration management
- Perform network fault isolation and resolution
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades
- Plan and implement network changes
- Remotely support customer test and turn ups
- Respond to network issues on call
