Tasks
- Advocate for client needs with ServiceNow product teams
- Build and maintain reports dashboards data sources
- Convert requirements into technical designs aligned to best practices
- Develop Flow Designer logic business rules Script Includes and UI actions
- Implement enhancements with flows approval logic and workspace improvements
- Lead ServiceNow risk operations support
- Maintain optimize configuration for IRM BCM TPRM
- Mentor junior team members on ServiceNow configuration and risk domain
- Monitor scheduled jobs integrations and data quality checks
- Participate in roadmap workshops and product feedback
- Provide level 2 incident and problem support
- Recommend adoption strategies for new platform capabilities
- Strengthen integrations with CMDB Archer and vendor systems
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and evaluate new IRM BCM TPRM features
