- Apply security controls and RMF artifact requirements
- Coordinate ATO readiness and eMASS submissions
- Create DoDAF enterprise architecture artifacts
- Define STIG SRG hardening patterns
- Define cloud and infrastructure strategy
- Define data flows and integration patterns
- Design backup DR COOP strategies
- Design end to end system cloud network service architectures
- Design resilience and continuity to meet RTO RPO
- Design secure compliant AWS GovCloud architectures
- Develop solution blueprints
- Establish architecture governance and review board participation
- Establish infrastructure-as-code standards
- Implement container orchestration patterns with EKS
- Lead enterprise systems architecture
- Map KPIs to dashboards
- Plan HA patterns and multi AZ deployments
- Produce system interaction diagrams
- Recommend platform middleware database and tooling choices
- Specify API contracts and interface standards
- Specify logging and observability requirements
- Specify telemetry logging and metrics schemas
