- Build C suite and counsel relationships
- Build coach and retain eDiscovery and DFIR teams
- Develop go to market eDiscovery propositions
- Direct digital forensics investigations
- Draft and review technical reports and affidavits
- Drive quality framework playbook template and knowledge management
- Embed AI enabled review analytics accelerators and automation
- Ensure chain of custody defensible methodologies and independent review
- Ensure data protection confidentiality and information security compliance
- Ensure diversity equity and wellbeing programs
- Lead end to end eDiscovery engagements
- Lead multi jurisdictional matters with regulatory requirements
- Lead proposal pursuits and framework tenders
- Lead tools and platform roadmap
- Manage legal hold preservation processing review and production
- Oversee triage to production workflows
- Own revenue targets and pipeline
- Provide incident response support scoping and artefact capture
- Serve as engagement quality reviewer or responsible executive
