Global Operations Systems Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with Service Desk IT Systems and Networking
- Detect analyze alarms and troubleshoot
- Ensure OLA targets are met
- Escalate incidents to Tier III and management
- Maintain near real time incident maintenance and problem documentation
- Provide Tier I and Tier II service support
- Support DLR operations environment
- Triage phone calls and tickets
