• Design implement maintain SCCM and Intune infrastructure
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and remediation
• Manage Configuration Baselines GPOs and Intune configuration compliance profiles
• Manage Windows Autopilot profiles and Apple Business Manager integration
• Manage incidents requests and changes in ServiceNow within SLAs and change control boards
• Own Patch Tuesday process for OS and third party applications
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for application delivery failures and PXE OSD issues
