Tasks
- Advise customers on NGSIEM and LogScale
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Create documentation
- Deliver integration services
- Demonstrate platform capabilities
- Develop technical roadmaps
- Expand customer use cases
- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Operationalize LogScale NGSIEM
- Provide feedback for product enhancements
- Support pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Transfer knowledge to clients
- Translate customer needs into technical feedback
- Travel to client sites (less than 25%)
