High Performance Computing Administrator I
Tasks
- Assist end users running applications on HPC clusters
- Assist with day to day operations of production HPC clusters
- Assist with performance tuning and benchmarking
- Conduct failure trend analysis and root cause analysis
- Maintain vendor relationships for HPC hardware and software
- Manage maintain monitor interactive and batch processes
- Monitor verify and adjust systems for application execution
- Perform scheduled batch processing and backups
- Produce trend reports and follow escalation procedures
- Provide on-call support 24/7
- Support HPC upgrades and compliance
- Troubleshoot and maintain Infiniband network
