- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
- Deploy and patch software
- Document resolutions in ticketing system
- Enforce MFA endpoint protection and patching standards
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams
- Follow ITIL incident request and problem management
- Log track and resolve tickets by SLA
- Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle tracking
- Manage identity and access provisioning
- Promote end user enablement and self service
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support
- Provision and manage laptops desktops and mobile devices
- Recommend automation and process improvements
- Resolve remote access and VPN issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
- Support device encryption and compliance controls
- Support system upgrades migrations and rollouts
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
