Tasks
- Collaborate with teams and senior management for resource planning and delivery
- Configure authentication policies and security controls
- Configure identity providers, federation protocols, and API gateways
- Deploy and support IAM platforms (Okta, PingIdentity, Entra ID)
- Develop automation scripts for workflows and monitoring
- Develop documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures
- Implement SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication
- Integrate IAM with directories, cloud services, and applications
- Lead project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and manage project risks
- Manage user lifecycle and access workflows
- Mentor team members and foster technical excellence
- Participate in client relationships and account growth efforts
- Support modern IAM features (JIT, conditional access, OAuth/OIDC, passwordless)
- Support presales efforts, provide technical expertise, and develop estimates
- Support threat detection and incident response
