Insurance Assurance Engineer
Tasks
- Apply Defense-in-Depth principles
- Author review coordinate submit cybersecurity authorization artifacts to eMASS
- Conduct RMF authorization activities
- Coordinate A and A artifacts updates
- Coordinate execution review and disposition of STIG checklists
- Coordinate patching troubleshooting with administrators
- Develop SOP TTP POA M and FISMA scorecard artifacts
- Develop and apply secure business processes
- Develop and review ATO submissions
- Document Ports Protocols and Services and dataflows
- Draft review edit and maintain security documentation
- Ensure secure network operations architecture and topology
- Evaluate hardware and software security requirements
- Implement automated cybersecurity reporting feeds
- Implement security procedures and verify security requirements
- Monitor system resources using automated scanning
- Plan new network security and operations technology
- Prepare and present cybersecurity status briefings
- Serve as ISSE for Authorization to Operate
- Support site visits and system readiness reviews
- Verify IAVA compliance dashboards
- Verify Microsoft Defender for Endpoints compliance
- Verify patch compliance using ACAS
