Sportsbook - Database Administrator
Tasks
- Automate routine DBA tasks
- Build and optimize stored procedures and database objects
- Design data models for high traffic high volume systems
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery with backups clustering and replication
- Install patch upgrade and migrate SQL Server
- Join on call rotation and investigate incidents
- Maintain documentation and runbooks
- Own and support SQL Server environments
- Partner on scalable database design
- Support database releases and CI CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot performance availability and data integrity issues
- Tune T SQL queries and manage indexing
- Use AWS services for hosting backup and monitoring
- Use SQL Server monitoring and diagnostic tools
