Tasks
- Create and run test plans for IAM changes
- Create and update runbooks SOPs process flows
- Maintain IAM tools workflows processes reporting and automation
- Optimize IAM processes
- Oversee change management
- Oversee incident management
- Oversee knowledge management
- Oversee problem management
- Participate in tool and process reviews
- Support IAM upgrades patches migrations and integrations
- Troubleshoot IAM authentication issues
- Troubleshoot IAM provisioning failures
- Troubleshoot IAM sync and attribute errors
- Troubleshoot access workflow errors
