Tasks
- Analyze tickets and recommend improvements
- Assist L1 security engineers with triage
- Collaborate with automation teams
- Coordinate with other teams and clients
- Escalate tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Execute changes with risk mitigation
- Identify root causes of incidents and problems
- Lead initial client escalations
- Log change requests and perform maintenance
- Proactively monitor incident queues
- Produce trend analysis for automation opportunities
- Provide second line support and troubleshooting
- Resolve incidents and requests within SLAs
- Support disaster recovery activities
- Update and maintain accurate ticket records
