Tasks
- Deliver demos and presentations to showcase product value
- Develop solution architecture models and documentation
- Establish client relationships and track industry trends
- Facilitate communication between market needs and product development
- Gather customer requirements and suggest product enhancements
- Lead deployment of Cyware products in client environments
- Lead research and development in security tools and integration
- Map customer use cases to Cyware products and deliver solutions
- Participate in design reviews and enterprise architecture management
- Plan and design on-prem and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Propose solutions based on customer needs
- Serve as Lead Security Architect for project planning and implementation
- Support sales with solution planning and strategic deals
- Troubleshoot complex product issues with QA and development teams
