Lead, Platform Engineer
Tasks
- Architect and design server based solutions
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks
- Create and maintain operating system images
- Create scripts for automation diagnostics and logging
- Develop processes and documentation to improve infrastructure functionality and efficiency
- Engineer enterprise patch management lifecycle
- Implement automation for server builds operating system management patch management and configuration management
- Implement automation on physical and virtual infrastructure
- Install configure and maintain physical and virtual servers
- Manage system lifecycle and recommend hardware and firmware end of life remediation
- Partner with information security on security policy standards
- Provide Tier III support for troubleshooting operating systems and applications
- Write and review architectural design documents
