- Add attack fingerprints after analyzing attack identifiers
- Analyze logs, graphs, dashboards using Kibana/OpenSearch
- Communicate effectively with global customers
- Manage customer cases and internal tickets in JSM

- Work in shift-based schedule including weekends
- Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery/Snowflake
