Tasks
- Build diagnostic tools dashboards and documentation
- Collaborate with development security and operations
- Deploy critical fixes and make deployment decisions
- Enhance alerting to meet SLOs
- Implement code and configuration fixes
- Lead production service ownership and supportability
- Monitor system health, performance, and security
- Own and resolve escalated cloud incidents end to end
- Perform impact analysis and debugging
- Respond to high-pressure off-hours events
