Tasks
- Assess MFA feasibility for legacy and modern platforms
- Collect evidence for audit readiness including logs and test results
- Create user enrolment lifecycle and exception handling processes
- Define compensating controls for systems without MFA
- Design MFA architecture and integration patterns
- Design MFA controls for cloud and on prem systems
- Ensure policies configurations and controls are implemented
- Establish review and assurance processes for MFA controls
- Identify MFA gaps in systems
- Map user access routes and authentication flows
- Oversee MFA rollout across systems and users
- Support stakeholder engagement and approvals
