- Analyze certificate authority logs troubleshoot alarms and errors
- Create NPKI guidance and SOP procedures
- Install and maintain NPKI components
- Maintain NPKI documentation hardware inventory and software configuration
- Manage Card Management System
- Manage NATO NPKI Registration Authorities
- Manage NCIA ITSM ticketing system
- Manage PKI infrastructure virtualization and hardware
- Manage end user and device certificate lifecycle
- Manage hardware security modules
- Monitor and verify system error logs
- Monitor users and interfaces activity
- Patch systems and applications
- Perform certificate creation and smart card enrollment
- Provide second and third-level technical support
- Supervise PKI operations backup and restore
- Support Entrust sub components integration and testing
- Support NATO exercises and missions
