- Apply Microsoft updates and patches

- Collaborate with network security and application teams
- Detect and resolve security incidents

- Implement WMS and TMS solutions
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID
- Manage backups restore testing and disaster recovery

- Support compliance audits
