Tasks
- Apply Knowledge Centered Support methodology
- Assess review and perform performance audits
- Collaborate with Premier Support teams
- Conduct continuous process quality improvement
- Contribute to Support Portal
- Deliver support to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage customer cases and escalations
- Perform patching and upgrade recommendations for optimization
- Proactively support systems
- Provide mission critical support for on premises cloud or hybrid environments
- Provide technical expertise during outages
- Recommend patches reconfigurations and upgrades
- Share knowledge and mentor teams
- Triage customer issues for relevant teams
