- Assist drivers with real time disruptions
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Coordinate real time service operations
- Coordinate vehicle replacements with maintenance
- Enforce traffic code and internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with service instructions
- Handle short term scheduling
- Manage PC Radio
- Manage weekend and holiday radio duty
- Monitor SAEIV system
- Monitor safety and claims situations
- Provide assistance during incidents
- Replace drivers or vehicles when needed
- Support drivers with network information
- Update operational reporting
