- Build automated monitoring and audit tooling

- Design algorithmic assurance frameworks for recommendation systems
- Embed assurance controls into model training evaluation and serving infrastructure
- Enforce algorithmic transparency explainability and fairness standards
- Establish model and algorithm governance lifecycle
- Evaluate content system behavior
- Lead incident classification and response for algorithmic failures
- Mentor algorithm assurance engineers and analysts
- Provide expert regulatory input to legal public policy and government relations
- Represent organization in technical discussions with regulators and auditors
- Translate regulatory requirements into engineering specifications and test plans
