Application Administrator with German (REF5191Y)
Tasks
- Assist onboarding to AI supported processes and tools
- Communicate with customers
- Create and manage ServiceNow tickets
- Document categorize and prioritize tickets in ServiceNow
- Escalate complex issues to second and third level teams
- Execute configuration changes and operational tasks
- Maintain knowledge articles runbooks and SOPs in ServiceNow
- Monitor incidents service requests alerts
- Perform initial incident analysis troubleshooting resolution
- Provide feedback to DevOps and engineering teams
- Provide first level support
- Support AI Operator training and daily usage
- Support AI assisted ticket handling classification and automation
- Support Windows and Linux systems
- Support firewall and security concepts
- Support hypervisors and virtualization environments
- Support storage systems
- Troubleshoot network technologies routing and basic flows
