Assistant Vice President - Platform Compliance Post Acquisition
Tasks
- Act as primary point of contact for audits and regulatory examinations
- Bridge technical teams and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk identification assessment and management
- Ensure features platforms and workflows comply by design
- Execute obsolescence management and end of life retirement upgrades
- Lead platform compliance oversight for digital platforms products and technology infrastructure
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Manage stakeholders for smooth compliance operations
- Manage vulnerability management and remediation programs
- Monitor and enforce regulatory adherence for technology platforms
- Plan monitor and control operational budgets
- Prepare documentation and reports for management and regulatory submission
