- Administer Xactly incentive compensation
- Co create COE processes and policies
- Define security data retention and audit controls
- Develop and guide Xactly reporting dashboards and insights
- Drive continuous improvement for disputes inquiries and workflows
- Establish configuration standards and naming conventions
- Govern data model and interfaces with CRM HRIS payroll and finance systems
- Lead onboarding of COE
- Maintain Xactly roadmap upgrades and feature adoption
- Manage feature adoption support escalations and roadmap alignment
- Oversee global Xactly administrators
- Provide leadership for reconciliations controls and audits
- Support plan design reviews and post mortems action plans
