- Manage PKI virtualized and hardware infrastructure
- Manage end user and device certificate lifecycle
- Manage hardware security modules
- Patch systems and applications
- Perform certificate creation and smart card enrollment
- Perform log analysis and monitor users and interfaces
- Provide second and third level technical support for CIS services
- Supervise PKI operations backup and restore
- Support Entrust components connected to NPKI CA
- Support NATO exercises and missions
- Verify systems error logs and troubleshoot alarms and errors
