- Align roadmaps and deliver cross team platform initiatives
- Automate operational tasks and improve observability
- Drive key technical decisions and design reviews
- Ensure security scalability performance and operability
- Establish engineering standards for services
- Improve reliability using SLOs SLIs and incident analysis
- Lead architecture design and implementation for platform services
