Tasks
- Assist end users and resolve technical problems
- Collaborate with IT teams on best practices
- Create and update knowledge base documentation
- Diagnose hardware/software/network issues
- Maintain hardware/software inventory
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Participate in off-hours support for incidents
