Tasks

• Address audit findings with mitigation and correction plans
• Develop and maintain on the job training packages
• Forward revocation requests
• Issue renew and revoke NIPRNET alternate smart card logon
• Issue renew and revoke SIPRNET tokens
• Maintain PKI asset inventory by location
• Perform PIN reset and unlock code on failed token
• Perform backwards compatibility and interoperability test events for PKI software
• Perform key recovery requests
• Pre-register users with PKI
• Provide 24 7 on call emergency response
• Provide production and delivery issuance reports
• Request and distribute token using trusted agent interface
• Submit monthly RA activity report
• Submit monthly token report
• Submit weekly RA backlog report
• Support DoD PKI compliance audits
• Validate NPE certificate requirements
• Verify subscriber identity
