- Administer virtualized server infrastructure
- Configure and maintain network equipment
- Design and implement network infrastructure solutions

- Ensure application uptime for ERP
- Implement network and data security policies
- Maintain backup infrastructure
- Manage infrastructure incidents and problems
- Manage printer solutions
- Monitor network performance
- Perform security audits
- Provide advanced infrastructure support
- Support helpdesk when needed
- Update operating systems and infrastructure software
