- Approve security phase gate sign off for divestitures
- Chair enterprise security risk reviews
- Coordinate security architecture in separation blueprints
- Define IT security strategy for divestiture period
- Define risk appetite and risk register
- Define security requirements checklist for each exit
- Ensure regulatory compliance and flag gaps
- Establish IT security governance framework
- Maintain ISO 27001 audit readiness
- Oversee IAM identity governance and privileged access management
- Oversee ISMS ISO 27001 program priorities and renewal strategy
- Oversee SOC incident response and escalation
- Prepare security due diligence documentation
- Provide security risk status reporting
- Review and approve major security architecture decisions
