- Administer and support Active Directory DNS and Group Policy
- Administer and support Identity Management Active Roles Server Privileged Access Management SCCM and MS Exchange
- Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization
- Conduct hardware testing and baseline approvals
- Configure and manage UNIX Linux and Windows operating systems
- Coordinate change and configuration management with ISSOs and ISOs
- Design and support mission architectures and hardware platforms
- Implement and document security patches and maintain system of record accuracy
- Manage application packaging and updates
- Manage server storage and network systems
- Manage service oriented architecture dependencies
- Oversee enterprise IT systems implementation configuration maintenance troubleshooting
- Perform system account management for ICAM compliance
- Provide tier 1 through tier 3 support advanced escalation and root cause analysis
- Support Citrix and virtual desktop infrastructure
- Track and report POA M milestones for accreditation and security authorization
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues involving server hardware mission applications and middleware
